Shipping and Returns Policies
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
At this time, we also automatically confirm that we are able to create and ship your order within 2-7 business days. If the items you ordered are for any reason unavailable within this time, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your items are available for shipment within 2-7 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Product Creation and Shipment
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
If your order includes handicrafted or printed items, we will create these items for your after your order. It takes our artists 2-5 business days to create handicrafted items, and we take 2-5 days to print non-apparel items (i.e., posters, canvases, mugs, etc.) and 2-7 days to print apparel (dresses, leggings socks, etc.)
Your shipment will go out immediately when your products are created. If your shipping method includes tracking, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at orders@5th-avegallery.com.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to returns@5th-avegallery.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
